Terms of Use

Picket is software that helps residential fence contractors find, qualify, and win jobs. We don't sell leads. We don't take a cut of your closed deals. You pay a flat subscription for access to the tools.

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials reasonably safe. Don't share one login across multiple businesses — it makes our analytics meaningless and we may close accounts that do.

You agree not to:

• Use Picket to send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or other spam.
• Resell or redistribute Picket's data, scores, or generated content.
• Reverse-engineer the product, scrape it programmatically, or attempt to extract source data en masse.
• Use the platform for anything illegal or that violates a homeowner's reasonable expectation of privacy.

Parcel data, owner names, and assessed values come from public county records. Picket adds scoring, contact enrichment, and outreach tooling on top. We don't guarantee the underlying public data is current — counties update on their own timelines — but we do our best to refresh it regularly.

Briefs, call scripts, emails, and site-visit summaries are generated by AI from the data we have on a property. They're starting points, not legal advice or factual guarantees. You're responsible for what you actually send to a homeowner — please read what you copy out of the app before hitting send.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. No contracts, no annual commits, no cancellation fees. You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Saved jobs and notes remain accessible on your account.

Picket is provided "as is" during the beta. We aren't liable for business outcomes that depend on the accuracy of the data, the quality of the AI-generated content, or your decisions about which properties to pursue. If something breaks, email us at help@getpicket.ai and we'll work it out.

We'll update this page when the terms change. Material changes get an email to the address on your account before they take effect.
